We serve a variety of pizzas, including classic pepperoni, and unique specialty options like our BBQ Chicken and Chicken Caprese. Each pizza is made fresh with high-quality ingredients.

What kind of pizza is it?

We make thin-crust pizza the way it should be made. The dough is cold-fermented for a full 48 hours so the flavor develops slowly and naturally. Then we bake it on a pizza stone inside an authentic ilFornino oven  inspired by the traditional ovens of Naples, Italy, and built with robust American craftsmanship in New York.
We fire ours primarily with gas to deliver consistent, intense heat that creates the perfect blistered crust, airy interior, and just the right amount of char.
